This afternoon,  before the college commencement ceremony, the department held a reception to honor graduating students and awardees. Marlyn was recognized for earning her MS degree, and Lannah was celebrated for winning the Analytical Chemistry prize.

Marlyn very successfully defended her thesis today in a very impressive seminar presentation to the department. We celebrated in a party afterward with the biochemistry students and faculty as well as Marlyn’s family. Congratulations Marlyn!
